This is the first session that includes consultation so that the Sophrologist can then decide the ideal exercise for to the beginner. It is for anyone who has never tried sophrology before.
Sophrology is an easy method easily incorporated into everyone’s busy day.
You do not need to dedicate a lot of time in order to use it but the benefits are immediate.

What happens in a telephone session?
The sophrologist will call you at the number provided. You will listen to the sophrologist’s voice which will guide you to relax the body using simple mindfulness techniques. When the body is completely relaxed the mind also gets to relax and rejuvenate. Exercises then begin which can be as diverse as stress management, sleep enhancement, tension relaxation, mood boosting exercises, concentration, brain exercises, body awareness and breathing exercises. The sophrologist discuss the various exercises with the client who ultimately decides which exercise they would like to experience on the day.
What do I need to do a telephone session?
All you need is a hands-free telephone ideally with headphones and a quiet space.
Wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating a large meal prior to the session.
What if my pets are being noisy?
No worries. They will settle down and become very quiet and peaceful as they also enjoy the session as much as you!

How long is a session?
The first session is approximately 60 minutes. After that it is approximately 45 minutes.
